How to use the PAT-433 wireless IR-Extender?


Firstly, PAT-433 is a type of  wireless IR Extender , is used to enhance remote infrared remote control.

PAKITE PAT-433 TV IR transmitter is a band of 433.92 MHz ISM frequency, support 38KHz IR remote control, support for 200-meter distance remote control on the line look.  

PAKITE  the PAT-433 including one pc transmitter and one receiver units, as the following picture:

Two things:
The first is to control the TV on from another location.
If you use the PAT-433 IR repeater to control (increase or decrease) the volume of the TV, you will need to put the receiver at the end of TV as following figure 1, as well as the remote control at the side of the transmitter as the picture 2.

Second, to control the Set Top Box / DVD on the TV end.
If the set-top box and the TV had been placed in different rooms, you must use the PAT-433 to control the set-top box to change the program on the TV end. Then you need to put the receiver set-top box, to put an end Picture1 and control transmitter at the end of TV as a Picture2.
IR cable: Transmitter Connection with TV as the picture 3, the receiver is connected to the set-top box as the picture 4 is flush receiver Set Top Box end, if you do not need no hidden receiver, IR cable you need to connect.
